Posted January 22, 2013 12:00 AM by Milo

New rules finalized January 14, 2013 for these…

Keeping up with the latest changes in regulatory issues is just one way we provide value to our members. The new requirements are posted on our website under Knowledge and Tools Regulatory Reference Information. Here is a shortcut.

"Keeping up with the latest changes in regulatory issues is just one way we provide value to our members."

So as a valued customer you want to inform me that my equipment is now going to cost even more to purchase, maintain, and operate plus burn more fuel while doing less productive work and I have even more government regulations paperwork to keep track of?

Some how I feel my needs are now even less valued and of less concern than my money.

Used oil for the modified diesel.

The tires are for heating the shop and house.

Why not just take a dump in your neighbor's living room? Not too much less healthful than soiling his air.

I don't need to do that!

That's what they have their cats and dogs for.

Who do you think gives me some of the tires anyway?

I didn't exactly see you as a customer, TCMTECH. however, The hundreds of shops that are our customers probably have their folks actually creating value, rather than spend their time tracking down and reporting on each and every new Gov't regulation that could land them in the penalty box.

Like having and then running an emergency generator.

It's not about the money, If it was, I wouldn't share my posts, We could keep them members only.

We share because we are trying to strengthen North American manufactuirng, and that means making sure we're all on the same page and compliant.

Best regards.

Milo

Between the polar extremes given thus far, one should consider Ronald Coase's Theorem, which should be mandatory not later than 2nd-year college economics.
