'...to fix crash satellite.' .

'...fix crash...' . .

?

Cr4 should try to 'fix crash' that headline's grammar.

When I started at PSU in engineering way back in the late 60's, the first day all engineering students were assembled in an auditorium for a short discussion on what to expect in the next 4 years. At some point, I clearly remember the Dean of Engineering telling us that English was our foreign language. We would talk primarily in numbers and drawings. Looks like it is still that way, so cut the person a break.

"Mr Nader said Pegasus could neither receive nor send signals, but that he held out hopes it could be fixed."

Good luck with that!
