I find it funny that the cryptology expert claims that the contest is worthless. The contest attracts attention. In today's ADD world, gaining attention is probably the most valuable commodity in business. Without the contest, nobody would interview a cryptologist.

There's a problem with this concept.

If this system is hacked by the NSA, nobody will ever know about it unless another Snowden emerges.

Rest assured, the NSA won't be claiming the $25K prize. For all we know, this could be an NSA front company.

The only secure storage, would be a system that is completely cut off from the internet.
