This works.

Last week I decided to take up running as an exercise. After about 5 blocks I suddenly became much more aware of things. Such as, my feet and knees start to hurt when I run, and I get out of breath, and I that really hate running.

It's nice like that, when you take up a sport and quickly achieve all you ever wanted to do with it.

Next week I'm going to master mountain climbing.
