	Simple enough. Launch app, smartphone goes to wifi hot spot mode and the hotspot name is a help me message. Ok if you have time to launch the app. Rescuers sniffing the ether for a mobile network poll from the phone might be more reliable and not need an app...unless the phone is in airplane mode. __________________ Difficulty is not an obstacle it is merely an attribute.
