Since Elmer had changed his coal stove over to a wood stove, he didn't need to dig any more.

(Nice thermal mass albeit a bit unusual to be sure. )

While the historical society was able to ensure the original 48" excavator bucket would never be moved, they were unsuccessful in keeping the factory from becoming condos.
