The world's largest bathroom?

After the world's busiest shopping district the Middle Kingdom is now home to the world's largest bathroom. Situated in Chongqing the 4 storey building has 1000 toilets spread out over 32,290 square feet. The toilet features an Egyptian facade, soothing music and urinals shaped to resemble open crocodile mouths topped by the bust of a woman resembling the Virgin Mary. Officials are preparing to submit an application to Guinness World Records to have the free four-story public bathroom listed as the world's largest. On the cards are plans to make a mall nearby selling toilet-related items. (More pictures after the jump) Source

I would think that hanging your wiener over a set of jaws lined with sharp teeth would result in some degree of performance anxiety, and the ones with the Virgin Mary, well that is just wrong on so many levels. What fun!

If I'm going to use a bathroom when my needs arise, I don't think I'm going for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. Unless, of course, if it is in a mall or an office space on these higher levels.

Just wondering how the ladies' rooms look like.... Hmmn...forget it!

Gee, I don't see any urinals that look like Chairman Mao here.

If the urinals are supposed to represent a religious figure, then this display is as tasteless as it is offensive.

I wonder if they have western style Johns. The hole in the floor concept gets very old... very fast... especially when you are losing stuff out of your pants pockets.
