Pneumatic Fish

Pathfinder Tags: fluidic muscle

Modeled on nature, Festo's fish Airacuda demonstrates the company's fluidic muscle technology. Two "muscles" drive the tail fin back-and-forth; two more facilitate steering. Electronics and pneumatics are housed in the air-tight head.
