Puncture Proof Tires

I would have to see them in a real application before I invested! Motorcycles are pretty light, so it probably wouldn't be much of an issue. I saw rubber "run-flats" used in Army HMMWV's and the problem was that they caught fire when "running flat" because of the friction generated by rubber on rubber, even at low speeds and unloaded vehicles. The solution turned out to be removing the rubber and replacing it with a metal insert - very expensive alloy metal, and a real pain to get in there, but the alloy was able to disipate the heat to prevent fires even at higher speeds and heavier loads.

I agree that you have to finish to win, and with the lighter weights involved it just might work!
