Skydiving and Base-jumping is not a sport for the faint-hearted. I’m not sure what you call this form of base jumping, but it’s about as extreme as it gets. The Vampire 2 wingsuit from Phoenix-Fly is specially designed jumpsuit for use in skydiving and base-jumping that shapes the human body into an airfoil. The usual terminal velocity of a skydiver is between 180 and 225 km/h but, while wearing a wingsuit and creating lift, velocities of 60 - 95 km/h are more typical. It touts new shoulder inlet technology that offers faster inflation and better pressurization of the arm wings. It also comes with refined arm wing design, optimized rib layout and cleaner wing surface for better performance. The V-2 offers the best performance available, permitting longer flights, both in terms distance and freefall time.
