The rare component is service after the sale. I worry not about my competition because I take care of my customers. That is what is lacking, and has been for more than 25 years. You apply the pump to work within its capabilities, you get to know his application, and take care of him. The cost of the pump then becomes a non-issue. Today, the thought process is sell it for a dollar less. Works good until your cometitor sells one dollar under you. You want repeat business, earn it.
