From Gizmodo:
Whoever said Web 2.0 is nothing more than a passing phase? With something called Cemetery 2.0, people can connect physical gravestones to online memorials of dead people. Yup. Remember Great Aunt Agnes?

Unless you are Dr. Frankenstein, I fail to see what in hades name your submission has to do with engineering. Maybe you need some software to link your brain to reality?

Actually, it appears to be a unique combination of existing technologies to address a new practical use that solves a real life problem. It may be 'only' a new gadget, but that is engineering.
Now to make this thread more CR4 applicable, we need another link to a page that includes a discussion of the engineering behind the gadget; what components are used, how we may offer suggestions for improvements, what networks and frequencies are involved, how it is powered (battery that must be replaced by descendants or by service contract? solar cell on the south-facing side of the memorial stone? hard-wired to a central cemetary power grid?) etc...

It has a lot to do with Software Engineering, don't you think so? FYI Computer Science and Engineering department is always a department of Engineering school.
