The Evolution History of Walking Robots

Do you know that the first robot had emerged in the Western after the end of Second World War? However, the robot research only rapidly growing in the 70's and again, it has suddenly stopped, due to the worldwide controversial issue. The research of Walking Robots begins to live again in the early 90's. "We now mainly focused on the aspect of robot's walking, which this part considered as one of the tough and hardest part that needed to overcome first," Said Dr Martijn Wisse, a robotic expert from the Delft Biorobotics Lab at TU Delft.

The "Terminator" Movie Series shows that these "Walking Robots" are "alive and well" on Planet Earth.
