SIA Flashback, Bonus Edition - The Coachbuilders, Part XII: Biddle and Smart and The Amesbury Group

You know, sometimes I just don't wanna wait until Sunday to post an SIA Flashback, and there's nothing saying I have to, especially when we come across one so timely as this one. In response to yesterday's post on Amesbury, Massachusetts' link to automotive and coachbuilding history, the esteemed Kit Foster reminded me that Michael Lamm had thoroughly researched the Amesbury-area coachbuilders for an article in his Coachbuilders series later in the SIA run. Thus, I present that two-page article from SIA #165, May-June 1998. Thanks, Kit.
