Much more interesting, is the fact not mentioned in the otherwise correct article, is that China does still prevent access to much of the Internet.

Amnesty International, Wikipedia and other sites are "locked out" by the China Masters, because they know that if the locals are allowed to search, educate and think for themselves, will end the "gravy train' for the Comptrollers of the Comrades.
