Most probably not. for two reasons.

1. Life type cycle is agreed between scientists to be between 200 to 250 million years. We have already passed the half way PEQ (point of equal time...) so 100 millions years journey is just not enough time.
2. Regardless of fact number one, the human race will destroy itself much before that time. We have long passed the PNR (point of no return...)

So the obvious answer to you question is simply NO.

The only way we coul;d ever do it would be via Stargate technology.

The other problem with Stargates is that you have to travel to the other end, to set up the remote Stargate.

A photo or two is a very small beginning to an extremely long duration journey.

As is easily realized, if we presently had technology to send colonists to another star, when they got there they would find people.

The people that would have been sent via improved technology and transport devices, and arrived before those one who set off to become the "first settlers".

The longer duration the journey was, the greater the chance of being overtaken, perhaps by several waves of overtaking settlers.
