Scientific American should be renamed Pseudo-Scientific American. This magazine has been taken over by a group of editors that promote the agenda of the greenies (sorry I won't apologize for that). They have jumped upon the bandwagon of the man-made Global Warming Mythology and every other anti-science, anti-religion insanity. I cancelled my subscription when I couldn't take it anymore and, when I want to aggravate myself and vent, I read their 'On-line" updates where I can always find some asinine article like this. If you read the MSDS of rust, you'll find that if you eat too much, you'll have too much iron in your system.....ooooooo thats bad. There is no objective science magazine left. It's like the Evening News, all opinion, bobbing heads, pretty faces, giggling idiot readers of the "News" and no substance.

Americans become the dupes of these pseudo-scientific journalists ("communication" degrees, don't ja' know)

I'll cut out the middleman and not publish my findings in PSA. Here is my latest Pseudo Scientific Discovery. Violence is all caused by deficiencies of heavy metals in the brain of the violent creature. This theory can easily be proven by applying heavy metals to the brain of violent creatures. Whenever this experiment is performed violence ceases immediately or almost immediately. Lead seems to work on most creatures but on larger tougher beasts a bit of copper seems to enhance the effect.

Life is just too darn hazardous to my health...

It's all my parents' fault for bringing me into this environment without my permission and without disclaimers issued beforehand and without enough foreknowledge of the environmental conditions of this existence...

That said, I think I'll go drown my sorrows in a double cheeseburger and a brew, and encourage my future demise with tasty treats.
