Don't Let the Downturn Get You Down

We had used this period by getting feed back from our customers regarding performance of our products.Wherever there were common complaints, design of such components were changed to meet customer's needs. It reflected in overall improvement in the quality of our products.

That's a good point. We've held a similar type of ideal at our shop (http://www.nmfrings.com/) as well. Going back to current clients to see what we can do to offer more, help improve their current situation, etc., has helped to bring in additional revenue during tougher months.
