Bad to the Bone

Posted March 22, 2009 7:45 AM

Ah Spring time! And an engineer's fancy turns to shock and vibration. The snow is melting and lawns are greening, but look out for those bone-jarring pot holes that old man winter left behind. How are road conditions where you live? Can a global economy be turned around by first focuing on our decaying highways and bridges? Bad roads may mean new jobs, but would you settle for road work?

I was just reading about the Soldiers being schocked in the showers in Iraq and how they were inspecting 90,000 building the U.S. had built there. Why did we build 90,000 buildings ? Strange.

Well anyway the Infustructure here in the USA is important for everyone espically business to move their products and for Americans.

They are horrible in central PA but the real problem is the non-fixing of the roads, there are really only 2 seasons. Winter and Road Construction.
