03/31/2015 10:34 PM

Hello everyone,

I am a electrical engineering stundet and I have to develop a Control work.

The first step of it is to get the tranfer function of a Boost Converter, gettint the relation between the output voltage and the duty cycle of the IGBT, but I am having problem regarding it.

I guess 1/D isn't sufficient enough answer and garners the coveted OT.

Here, try this on for size:

Vout = (1/D) * Vin

And for good reason (but not from me). 1/D looks like an emoticon for a happy drunk Texan.

Well it does to me. Yes I am on strong medication at the moment, what of it.

You should offer some of the meds you are on to lucasy93.

He needs much help. In OH so many ways. Apparently he has not heard of the ability of the internet to provide more than a place to ask for homework help.

Tried to fax the pills but all that did was crush them.

Hey, he probably hasn't heard of bridge control integrated circuits being a student, and trying to build a grid STATCOM as a student project is a daunting task so I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and a point in the right direction.

What is a "stundet"? Anything to do with stundeting studying?

It is home work so you would have to explain a whole lot more what you understand of it and what not.

"I am having a problem regarding it" could quickly become a discussion about your decision to study electrical engineering and if it was better to do something else.

But you are not here to discuss that or are you?

The best guess here is an explosive that renders a drunk Texan unconscious...

A "STUNDET" is a Student that is so stunned that they must complete their own homework assignment without cheating!

It is really difficult to answer your "HOMEWORK" questions when we don't have the entire assignment in front of us. Upload a PDF copy and we will help you on your way!
