Delete the e-mail program.

Check ur profile. U can un-subscribe from all the posts.

Alternatively delete ur E-mail program as suggested.

Did the unsubscribe link in your newsletter emails not work? If not, you can filter them to the trash.

Change the e-mail address for these subscriptions so someone no longer a friend gets all the spam instead?
