NAT FW with Cisco Router 2911

Hello all,i setting up a SIP remote extension on using Cisco NAT firewall the phone has been registered well,form the outside when i call the enterprise the call has been send to the destination and in the other site ,pick up the phone,the problem is call goes on one way. I can't hear any sound . Any idea would be much appreciated .

Read the operator's manual or call the tech service people of the manufacturer.
