Since no information was given regarding the distance to these asteroids, there is no way to judge the danger. In the entire video, I never saw a single one go "zipping" by, as would be the case in a near miss (if observing in the appropriate direction at the appropriate moment).
On the other hand, I certainly don't want one crashing in my back yard, so I definitely support more observations, from several points of view.

On a computer monitor the visible size of the asteroid is much, much larger than it's proportional size in space. If the asteroids were shown at the proper scale they would not be visible on the screen. So the image here is a bit deceptive.
Nevertheless this is a cool demonstration.
