You need to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer UNITEK or the information and spare parts.

You seem to know how to use a search engine, ( you found CR4®). Now open a new tab and type in unitek, sit back and be amazed at how fast your answer will come to you

Since you don't provide a location, we can't really provide a direct contact. The local (western USA) Miyachi-Unitek people have been extremely helpful to me on several occasions over many years.
