Why did you run into the back of that truck? What truck? I was watching the road and all of the sudden bang! Yet another motorist hypnotized by virtual reality.... although it would be fun to play an approaching train clip to an annoying tailgater...lol

This must be very expensive system. Instead driver should give signal for vehicle wanting to overtake or there should be a signal light at rear to indicate that road is clear for overtaking.

A signal given by the truck driver could be given in error and cause the following vehicle to run into head-on traffic. Liability here is an issue. What if there is no Samsung truck on the same road you are in. You would require a fleet of thousands of trucks, so equipped to make any difference. It's a very unrealistic solution to a highway problem. I think the system was really designed for truckers since it takes a long time for a truck to pass.
