Lyn doesn't have time?

08/07/2015 4:21 PM

In the last 6 months, Lyn had posted 26 threads. He has had hundreds of posts in that time including 35 in August alone. But Lyn says he doesn't have time to check his rocks to find out if they are petrified dinosaur dung or meteorites from outer space. He has time to go to work, he has time to eat, has time to waste on all these CR4 posts, but doesn't have time to check his rocks?(the ones in the back of his truck)

One of these days I'm going to get one of those. Probably as soon as I get around to it. Please don't let my wife see this. I'm sure she would get me one for my birthday

Just tell your wife that when a man says he'll do something he means it.

There's no need to keep reminding him every six months.

I just tell my wife that there are a lot of things I could have done in life but doesn't mean I'm going to start now.

If it's important to you you go do it and if you don't have the time to do it then obviously you don't' have the time to standing here and complaining to me about why I'm not getting it done either.

I might be in trouble but at least I don't have to do her work for her.

HEY!!?? Did you get that from Radio Shack? The managers gave them to sales associates in the early 1970's when it was time to start asking people to buy an item and to quit talking about it.

I suppose at this rate he definitely will not realize a "Rock Star" status.

This is why we procrastinators live so long. When the time comes to die, we just put it off until tomorrow.

As far as the rocks are concerned, even a few years delay will be an insignificant delay. To them it's of no significance.

The term "nano-life" comes to mind to describe the delay (from the rock's perspective), less significant to the rock than us having to spend 30 seconds waiting at a traffic light!

The delay won't change the outcome.

If he had started polishing it back when it was first discussed he'd have a huge gemstone by now....

I have enjoyed the thrust and parry of posts that have Lyn and Andy as protagonists and i can attest that Lyn definitely has rocks. Just don't know how old.

So there you have it .... we may have to wait until Lyn's INTUIT is ready
for their 20th birthday ... and the gift ... even slow progress is progress!

Watch and wait, gather the evidence, present it humiliatingly in front of an audience in the guise of a jest, hey, this forum is starting to feel like home.

Could you have pm'd 'hey did you get chance to look at... I'm really interested'

the most offensive post ever, imho.

Maybe it is, but you must remember that it is directed at the all time master of offensive posts
