the lander was real, the astronauts were real the flag was real but they did use a stunt moon for all the shots

I certainly believe in the moon landings as real, bona fide engineering accomplishments. One of my cousins was an electrical engineer with NASA during those glory years. He is still alive and well, and happily retired.

There is simply too much footage of landing, the moon traveling under the lander, etc. for there to be a hoax. The only hoax is the morons who believe whatever Kool-Aid is on tap at the moment.

The only thing that vexes me: where is the shadow of the U.S. flag in that photo linked in the original post?

Some people believe what they want to believe, and nothing will change that. Certainly not a valid argument supported by overwhelming evidence and eye witness accounts, steeped in common sense and put forward in a rational and impartial manor.

Yes, it was a hoax. They used the same sound stage to fake the 9/11 crashes into WTC in 2001 that they used back then.

The planes were Balsa wood models.
