Can anyone suggest a "stainless steel linear roller bearing" with one tonne capacity that can be fitted in a space of 10 mm. thanks in advance.

How long is allowable? You might try looking at McMaster-Carr online to get an idea of what is available.

10mm does not define a space. Much more detail is needed!

the total height of the assembly shall be limited to 10 mm. For linear recirculating roller assembly it may be difficult to obtain in this range.

the total height of the bearing assembly shall be less than 10 mm and the length could be 100 mm. I am expecting a non circulating roller bearing as shown in the accompanying figure.

The framework shown seems to multiply your space requirement unnecessarily. A recirculating roller arrangement of 3mm rollers over and under a 4mm plate might be better. Such an arrangement could be described as a linear needle bearing.

I don't know if there is an off-the-shelf version of this, but it should be a reasonably easy custom job.

What in the world is a non-circulating roller bearing? There are a lot of bearings that would work for that load and space but probably not in SS. Why does it need to be SS?

I think most SS bearings are made of 400 series SS and heat treated and therefore are magnetic anyways.

Needle roller elements from needle roller bearings such as cam followers are usually made of 52100 Chromalloy and can handle that load easily and can be much smaller than 10mm.

You'd find Google would ßuggest it if you had only bothered to ask it. I'm not going to do it for you, as that might make you lazy, and we don't want that, do we?
