I could wear my regular tin foil hat underneath for complete protection.

Wow! Yes, it reflects signals from cell phones, wi-fi routers, microwaves and it generally blocks waves transmitted from electric devices".

I'm especially impressed that it reflects signals from microwaves.

But, that's not all folks, but it slices, dices and purees all in one easy-to-use package.

Thanks, but I'll stick with this:

I'll take a half a dozen, but only if she's included in the price!

Nonsense. There are many trains in the UK in which one can travel quite peacefully without the intrusion of other people's mobile telephone calls. Some people call them mobile Faraday cages; most simply "quiet coaches". A tiny amount of gold is introduced to the glass used in the windows.

No deal. Move on.

I never even realized the purpose of wrapping a gold or silver foil on victims of the Paris attack. Well, at least some people here knew the purpose of the wrap.

Oh, look. A post that completely lacks any qualms about decency, respect, consideration, compassion and appropriateness. Well done for that.

Or rather a post where someone uncovered a scheme with the properties you mention.

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/shieldapparel/shield-the-world-s-first-signal-proof-headwear

They've already reached (at the time of this posting) 90.4% of their goal.

You have to ask yourself, will the investors be satisfied with the resulting product?

IS a scam, but who will listen? How do you prove it works once you've got it?

Borrow one from a gadget geek friend, put your cell phone inside one and call it.

OOOOH! Science!

I don't doubt it might interfere with a cell phone signal, and to be fair, even the CDC is not certain about the health risks as their recent waffling shows. Still How many sterile police officers do you know that have successfully sued the manufacturers of radar guns?

However,

If I had thought about it at that time "under armor" would be a very different product today. LOL

Many studies have already been done on the hazards of cell phone use, compared to other daily hazards we face.

Cell phones have been conclusively proven to be lethal, many times over. These deaths are well documented in government and other publications.

Death from cell phone radiation, on the other hand, is unremarkable by its absence.

I believe that repeated cell phone radiation exposure will kill the user, after 179 years.

I'm not touching your under armor.
