You should be able to get a users manual which should list troubleshooting guide and parts list....follow the troubleshooting guide and determine the problem...the company that made the unit should have a website that has a support section for further assistance...

It will be rather more difficult without access to the original equipment manufacturer's Operation and Maintenance Manual! If one is not already to hand then please contact the manufacturer directly to obtain a copy; it's amazing what can be sorted out over the telephone.

Is the pump not cycling or is it simply not pumping oil?

If the unit was cycling but not pumping, that would point to wear or contamination of the suction or discharge check valve(s); but in this case, the malfunction would indicate either malfunction of the air cycling function or sticking of the entire assembly. If the unit is similar to the units shown in the above posts, my first move would be to determine if the pump assembly is not some how stuck by removing the top Air muffler and trying to manually cycle the unit by pressing on the exposed top end of the plunger assembly. If the plunger assembly moves freely by this method, it would tend to indicate problems with the air cycling section. It could be either particulate contamination or corrosion/mineral deposits, especially if you do not have a good filtering and drying equipment on your air supply system. At that point, the only apparent next step is a complete disassembly and inspection of the entire unit upper assembly for contaminants and/or o-ring damage. If the unit cannot be manually cycled then the only next step is a complete disassembly and inspection of the entire unit to check for sticking or galling of the plunger or piston or their mating bores.

This pump was mishandled by some non technical persons, finally task given to me to repair it. After dismantling following are observed.

1:All the O ring and seal are damaged.

2:Piston is also damaged from front of it.

3:unit is not same as you see in previous post another unit is attached with the pump.

I hope that with the help of people like you I'll repair it.I'll inform you when it will be done.
