If you want to play around with paper sometime, take a full-sized sheet of newspaper, form it roughly into a tetrahedron, and anchor the four corners together with a toothpick. Set it on the ground and light it with a match in a few evenly distributed places. Do not do this in dry conditions.

Cool, but isn't the gearing to the over head cam wrong at 1:1 ?

Yeah, but it runs on compressed air (a balloon). I think the valves actually work. It must be a V-8 2-stroke cycle.
