If I wake up at night and don't go back to sleep right away, I'll read or go on line. Having a garbage interceptor in a westerly location is sometimes an advantage.

I agree; that would my mornings easier. I'd be happy to hire a garbage collector who has experience and only picks up the trash - not the ugly lawn decorations. The home owners association can make decisions on those.

P.S. My nighttime indulgence is scrolling through Instagram.
