Things like this have been going on looooong before the internet and social media. Cannot stop people being people. Kudos on the media for really getting it out there in the public eye. Oh, hell. Back in the 70's during the wintertime in New England we would sneak up and grab the back bumper of the car at a stop sign and go 'skid-hopping'.
