LV Switchgear Selection

Please help me for following queries,

1)why neutral needs to on-off with phase in TN IT TT systems i.e neutral to be taken as pole

2)When can we use neutral as neutral link in sub distribution Board/Panel.

3)I have to design a distribution board/Panel for Power Sockets,Can i Take incomer as TP MCCB with neutral and all outgoing feeders to sockets as TP MCCB/MCB with neutral link

4)when can I take Incomer and Outgoing feeders as TP MCCB/MCB and neutral as neural Link.

actually its not a homework..i took the most basic situation..I understand the selection criteria for 4P TPN n all..but always find literature missing for consideration of neutral link where i hav reviewed many design with the same.So please help me solve where neutral link is mandatory.!

A2) Only when it says so on the "approved for construction" drawing.

A3) Only when it says so on the "approved for construction" drawing.

A4) Only when it says so on the "approved for construction" drawing.

But my concern is whn it is mandatory to provide neutral link or when it is ok to provide neutral link..

All service conductors must be switched at the intake point. Exceptions apply for private networks.

Anywhere after the service switch, advisable with some supply systems

For all outgoing ways a removable neutral link is an advantage for testing. It won't be the first time I've seen it left out after testing.
