	I would like to copy some text from a PDF file and edit it in Excel file, does anybody knows where to acquire this software?

	Snagit allows you to grab text (or pics, etc) from almost any type of documents. If I not mistaken, they have a trial version you can dowload for free. __________________ Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it, just pee on it and walk away. - unknown.

	Actually if you get the latest version of Adobe you can save a PDF as a text file, then you can select the part you want, paste it into an Excel column, and parse the data with the data pull down

	If you just need to grab text to copy and paste into cells of an Excel spreadsheet you can go to www.pdf995.com to use their free "PDF Edit", just one of many tools available in their suite of PDF products. You can get them all for free, with a popup ad with each use; or for only $19.95 get the registration key which kills the popups. It is an excellent suite which I've used trouble-free for years. I'm still discovering uses for it. Good luck.

	A legal way, if you possess a scanner is to print the document concerned and use the OCR software that comes with most modern scanners to convert it into a text file.... __________________ "What others say about you reveals more about them, than it does you." Anon.

	Regards ! Even Adobe Reader has the "Option" "Copy to Clipboard" which you can paste in WordPad. Edit this Text as you need & insert where-ever you like
