VRF System

Dear Sir,

I have read that with VRF system, things with hvac has increased dramatically.

Is it true that, With this, a single flat with vrf system can only be set to a particular temperature and neither ac in rooms of the same flat can be set to off.

I think there are two types of vrf systems, and with the heat recovery - ac in a single flat can be set to multiple temperatures, and can be set to off if required.
