So actually my username goes back to the old days of MS-DOS when you could only name files with 8 characters. My last name is whiteman, which is 8 characters. So I chopped off the last letter and put the first letter of my first name. :)

Yes. I am thinking walled pressure vessels and torsion, as opposed to thinking non-walled vessels with no torsion.

How does one get torsion on a pressure vessel - uneven thermal expansion of connected heat recovery tubes? Bad mounting?

If it ''walks'' like a free course, and it ''talks' like a free course, then it probably is a free course _{(...until the fine print kicks in, that is...)}.

At least give it a try. It's exactly the same material that I teach in the classroom at Georgia Tech. And, yes, it is completely free. Buying a certificate is completely optional.
