Branson 2000x Deconfiguration from 2000X d/aed to 2000X ea/ae

Problem: I have a branson 2000x d / aed and when I try to integrate it in to a welding cabin by PLC and using hartings to connect it. Branson pass from to have a configuration as d / aed to ea / ae.

I’m guess this Branson is a Ultrasonic generator for welding?

Your configuration doesn't seem to be providing the proper feedback...so if you can't troubleshoot the install you need somebody who can, on site....

I would go to emerson industrial dot com and in the search box enter 2000 x , then you will see that the 2000x & 2000ea are listed together. Looking at it I would think that they are similar and one may have more options than the other. Then I would go back page to manuals and download PDF manual on both units and compare difference. This may help you to finding a way to deconfigure a ea to a x.
