Why injection molding for Oil seals are costly? Why de-vulcanising the cured rubber is difficult ?

Cost is a nebulous concept. Evaluate the cost of not having them, for example?

Injection molded oil seals have a very low cost to make. Car and engine makers who sell them are extortionate because they can - don't you hate 'em?

"...Why de-vulcanising the cured rubber is difficult ?..." Because it is an irreversible process that changes rubber from a soft sticky substance to one that is hard yet elastic, returns to its original shape after being deformed, resists wear, etc., etc.; i.e., it has all the attributes that make ideal for making seals.
