• no idea of its size and shape, and
• no idea of its intended wall thickness, and
• no idea of the configuration of the other nozzle(s) on the vessel, and
• no idea of its wetted material(s), and
• no idea of the temperature range and pressure range of the wetting fluids, and
• no idea where this vessel is to be installed and used, and
• no idea of the ambient conditions in the area where the vessel is to be used, and
• no liability for any advice freely given that turns out to be false, either in commercial law or criminal law.

The best source of information is always the organisation that carries out witness testing in pursuit of burst/collapse indemnity insurance cover. That organisation will have an Engineer/Surveyor allocated to inspect and assess the vessel at regular intervals, to whom structural calculations and drawings might reasonably be sent before construction starts for preliminary assessment before that happens.
