Micom P443

09/26/2018 12:25 PM

Hi,

I am in the process of commissioning a micom P443 device. The opto inputs are now confingured but when I activate any of them by applying a DC Voltage, the status in display does not change. I expect the status to change from 0 to 1 according to the configuration but this is not happening.

what could be wrong here?

How much current flows? A nominal current flow for an optocoupler LED is 10 mA.

Generally for the inputs source of DC voltage is taken from the relay.

If input is given from external source , both positive and negative to be connected to the relay. Therefore check connection.
