how can I calculate minimum thickness of shell as per UG-34, with formula t=d(ZCP/SE)^0.5.

(P)Design pressure=174 psig, E=1, S= 19400

C=? , Z=?, d=? (how can get this value)

For something that is oddly-shaped and out of 132 x 132mm a little trial-and-error could be applied, rather than calculation. The cost difference in the material between, say, 15mm and 25mm is going to be small in comparison with the value of the fabrication time for the part, which will be similar in both thicknesses. Always better to be "looking at it" rather than "looking for it". It is probably going to be no thinner than the rest of the vessel. And if it's wrong, a witnessed hydraulic test in pursuit of burst/collapse indemnity insurance cover on the vessel will show it.
