Maybe a blocked fuel line.

How long between starting attempts? If the fuel line has a fuel filter in it a difference in the time, shorter-->less clogged, would suggest a potentially partially or almost completely clogged fuel filter. If the effect between the two times is equal that would suggest that it is something besides the fuel filter.

This comparison would be greater with gravity fed lines compared to fuel pump fed.

Good Luck, Old Salt

So, in the absence of certainty, it is maybe something else instead.

What type of fuel? If NG or LP, could be supply or demand regulator. Need to check fuel pressure while starting/running...

It sounds like a service visit by the manufacturer’s service team is overdue.
