What to Wear in These Difficult Times?

04/22/2020 2:56 AM

They said that gloves and masks would be needed to go shopping. But everybody else was wearing shoes, trousers and a pullover. How embarrassing…

I think that you may have missed the underlying message in the "gloves and masks" suggestion. Typically they would be worn in addition to other garments. A belt or sash perhaps? Maybe even a Dickie. get your mind out of the gutter! look it up.

You missed the major point - you are really getting slack with time... you were better when I was earlier here in original CR4 times - especially CrisDel's bathtub experiment which went on for around 10K - that was great, but is now invisible.

With mask on, no one would know who you are... unless of course you are too well known from other... er angles.

The gloves is extra precaution - so that no one takes the fingerprint to identify when you do something, which people usually do, with items on display - inanimate as well as animate (other shoppers). You could claim "See no hands", and without fingerprint or face - you are nobody (you are, but you aren't).

So don't bother about the others who are not following the guide-lines - put on your mask, and gloves, and walk out, with the WHO guideline in hand (gloves), in case any one dare to object. In the time of epidemic - you are showing your epidermis. With so much viral misdeed going on, you can't add anything over. Only where do you keep the wallet? Then would you need it?

Added advantage - and very important - once you come back, you don't have to wash clothes, taking a proper bath is enough.

Gloves and mask is the precaution for Covid-19. But in the situation going for shopping is not a good idea, You can purchase clothes, groceries online also. Recently I purchased shoes, an N-95 mask and shirt for my dad from an online store that is offering Father's day promo codes. I suggest you to do online shopping, Stay at home stay safe.
