	HI DURING MY UPS TEST THE DATA CENTER ELCB TRIP IN CLEAN POWER. THE POWER IS FROM UPS.

	More details on exactly what happened will result in better answers. At which step in the test did it fail? A copy of the test procedure would help a lot. Was the proper switch-over (transfer), testing procedure followed exactly? 	Sometimes my cap lock button will stick and I will not realize it until it is too late. Sometimes a nu-bee or a foreigner does not understand our version of internet manners.
