Motors Constant Efficiency in 60% to 100% load

How is the efficiency of motors kept same between 60% to 100% load & as such manufacturers show flat efficiency curve for this range ?

Simple. Match the motor to the load and keep the speed and torque that the motor delivers inside that band.

you say match the motor to load.I have dought what parameter in motor to match the load

Its size and performance characteristics can be obtained from manufacturers' tables. Simply select a motor that will do the job.

I want to understand the design parameters taken care of during manufacturing for obtaining flat efficiency curve between 60% to 100% load.
