If the question relates to a replacement inverter that malfunctions after substitution, then it would indicate either a continuing fault in the downstream circuit or an error in the parameter settings in the replacement inverter.

If the question relates to the replacement of a malfunctioning inverter rather than its repair on-line, then it is simply because its repair off-line is more cost-effective, as the replacement inverter is getting the process back up-and-running. It's called, "component-exchange maintenance".

I can give you my reply only for question # 1 only as follows;

Whenever you replaced an inverter you have to download the a parameter set in it(for this you must have backup of original one), because inverter is programmed according to application. All new inverter comes with factory settings of parameters.

If you already have done this then please write the actual problem you are experiencing.

Your question is not clearly. What malfunctions were? And How long and what did malfunction appear after installing by new one?

The ultrasonic cleaning device only effects in liquid enviroment, then use drier,....

And can you tell us more clearly again what kind of dust or.... you need to remove from your copper wire?????

All such Equipment by manufacturers has clear Instructions to configure for a particular job. If its documents lack info about your particular job, consult the supplier or manufacture for advice & help.

I have seen Inverters in cotton Industry [largest users], even the older models are user-friendly, what to say about the latest models. With such inverters a "Control" comes for configuration on any of tht model. Itconnects to inverter & do the job.

The people note down all the steps needed to configure.
