	hello, engineer how do you do i am a student in addis ababa university i am doing research work in this year my thesis is desining of silicon controlled rectifier circuit to investigate the property of nitrogen laser . so my problem is concerning electronics how to instal the components on the circuit board. so my question is inorder to give me some theoretical idea .
