I need this part LTC2400-IS8 ADC help requested. It is Linear Technology 24-bit ADC, now obsolete.

Analog Devices purchased Linear Technologies. As the link shows there are models of this chip still in production. If the specific model you desire is not available, AD should be able to identify a suitable substitute.
