spinner motor speed

hi dears,

can any body tel me wht is the prolem in moter when i start moter can not run on normal speed.i also replace capacitor but problem still existing.

Try disconnecting the load, starting it again and reporting back the findings.

thanks for reply.we also try without load but still motor not runing at ideal speed. motor run at very slow speed

Change the motor. It is knackered.

check the resistance of running and starting winding should be difference and check there is any centrifugal switch is there pls tell me in detail then sure i help you and you can run your motor

When you had the load removed, could you turn the shaft by hand?

Was it really free?

did the motor or bearings make any noise when turning by hand?

was there any "play" in the shaft at the load end? end to end or side to side....

Did you check the winding of the motor well?, and did you check the wiring for power supply.? Probably there is a problem involved in this facts.

Check the centrifugal switch if you have one.

Does the motor get really hot?

check physical jam in shaft line bearing grove any material stuck dust particle, etc and check wiring.

while post please inform with complete spec i.e. motor type its not speed its load capacity, use of application, and condition at where it face problem like at ideal speed, normal working ot at full load.
